How to solve the error “Windows has blocked this software because it can’t verify the publisher”

 



Sometimes our internet explorer will block from enabling some ActiveX on our browser. Don’t worry here is the full solution to solve this issue. Follow the below steps to get it to be solved.








Add the site in to trusted sites list

Go to Tools > Internet options > security > Trusted sites > Sites

Uncheck the tick mark on “require server verification (https :)   for all sites in this zone”. Then click on add. Your site will be added to trusted site list.
Now go to Custom level under the same tab and do the changes in below security settings.





ActiveX controls and plugins > Enable

Allow previously unused ActiveX controls to run without prompt > Enable

Allow scriptlets  > Enable

Automatic prompting for ActiveX controls > Enable

Binary and script behaviors > Enable

Display video and animation on a webpage that does not use external media player > Enable

Download signed ActiveX controls > Enable

Download unsigned ActiveX controls > Enable

Initialize and script ActiveX controls not marked as safe for scripting > Enable

Run ActiveX controls and plugins > Enable

Run antimalware software on ActiveX controls Enable

Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting  Enable

Usb popup blocker >  Disable

Allow Programmatic Clip board access > Enable









Now click ok and go to Advanced  >  Security. Check the tick mark is enabled in “Allow software to run or install even if the signature is invalid”

This will help you to run ActiveX controls without any issues
