How to Copy or Clone a Hard Drive
Let's see how we can copy a hard drive to a different disk.We can back up our entire Hard disk without losing any data.Similarly, if there is any error or failure notification on the hard disk then we can clone all our Windows and program files right away.
For this purpose, I'm going to introduce you to a very simple freeware software called AOMEI BACKUPPER.
These software can be used at all operating systems of Windows like windows(7,8,10), To download the software, click on the download link below
After installing the software, once we select the backup option, we can see a few options
System Backup, Disk Backup, Partition Backup, File Backup and File Sync we can find out all these options.From this option we can select the back up as per our requirement
We need to click on the Clone menu to clone the hard disk,
After that click on Disk Clone option.Then we can see our system's hard disk and newly connected hard disk,From that let us choose the backup of which disc we need as source disk.Now press on the Next button,it will prompt you to select the destination disk,select destination disk and click next.clone process will start.it will take 20 to 30 minute to complete the process.depends up on your HDD size and Data size.
